Complete Instrument Refurbishment
Our refurbishment process is finely crafted and of exceptional quality. We dismantle instruments completely to the frame, rebuild every component individually, and return equipment that meets or exceeds original manufacturer specifications.

Our Process
How We Refurbish Your Instrument
Every refurbishment follows a rigorous multi-stage process designed to restore your instrument to like-new performance.
Intake & Assessment
We document the instrument's condition, test all systems, and create a detailed refurbishment plan before any work begins.
Full Disassembly
The instrument is dismantled completely to the frame. Every component is removed, catalogued, and individually evaluated for rebuild or replacement.
Rebuild & Replacement
Components are rebuilt or replaced as needed — including tubing, filters, seals, optics, laser, cell, and all fluid pathways — then reassembled.
Calibration & QC
Full optics calibration, alignment verification, and QC testing confirm the instrument meets or exceeds manufacturer specifications before return.
What Gets Replaced
Every Critical Component Addressed
We don't just clean and resell — we replace the components that wear, degrade, or impact performance over time.
Tubing & Fluid Pathways
All sample tubing, reagent lines, waste lines, and internal fluid pathways are replaced to eliminate clogs, leaks, and contamination risks.
Filters & Seals
Inline filters, membrane filters, O-rings, and all sealing components are replaced to restore proper pressure and prevent cross-contamination.
Latex Flow & Cell
Latex particles, flow cell components, and aperture assemblies are replaced to restore accurate particle counting and sizing performance.
Laser & Optics
Laser source, optical lenses, mirrors, and beam path components are inspected, cleaned, and replaced as needed for full optical performance.
Photometer & Aperture
Photometric detector assemblies and aperture components are rebuilt or replaced to ensure accurate absorbance and scatter measurements.
Optics Calibration & Alignment
Full optics recalibration and alignment verification ensure the rebuilt instrument performs to original factory specifications or better.
Why IDE
The IDE Refurbishment Difference
Frame-Down Rebuild
We don't cut corners. Every instrument is fully dismantled to the frame so no worn or degraded component is missed — you get a true restoration, not a surface clean.
Exceeds OEM Standards
Our QC process doesn't just aim to match manufacturer specs — we set the bar higher. Every unit is tested and documented before it leaves our facility.
Depot Service Available
