The UBE Industries Ltd. NM-B05A N2 Membrane Nitrogen Separator Unit is a compact, highly efficient gas separation module that extracts clean, dry nitrogen directly from compressed air. Utilizing proprietary polyimide hollow-fiber membranes, the unit relies on selective permeation to quickly vent oxygen, carbon dioxide, and water vapor while capturing nitrogen inside the fibers. This static design contains zero moving parts, offering a virtually maintenance-free, energy-efficient solution capable of delivering nitrogen purities between 90% and 99.9% depending on inlet flow and pressure. The NM-B05A Membrane is widely used for analytical lab instruments, chemical blanketing, and industrial pilot systems.
